砂基本需求援金余款2亿5300万 安排十一月发放

砂拉越基本需求援助金（SKAS）尚余2亿5300万令吉，安排在今年11月发放。截至9月，已有超过82万3000名受惠者获得合计4亿2700万令吉援助。
砂副总理拿督阿玛道格拉斯（Douglas Uggah Embas）10月21日在砂州议会总结演词中，说明这项协助符合资格家庭购买基本用品的援助计划进度。计划获批总额为6亿8000万令吉。
4亿2700万已发款项，加上2亿5300万余款，合计就是获批的6亿8000万令吉。因此，11月这笔款项属于原有计划余额，并非在总额之外再加拨2亿5300万令吉。
对受惠者而言，这次公布的是余款发放月份，没有列出个人确切入账日，也没有宣布新的人均援金额。超过82万3000人的数字反映截至9月已经受惠的人数，不能当作新一轮开放申请名额。
