砂拉越拟建1410间可负担屋 402间料明年次季竣工

砂拉越土地保管及发展局（LCDA）在第13大马计划下以兴建1410间可负担房屋为目标；目前正在施工的402间，预计2027年第二季竣工。不能把整体目标当作即将交屋的数量。
天然资源及城市发展第二部长拿督阿玛阿旺登雅（Awang Tengah）10月21日在砂州议会总结部门事务时作出这项说明。DayakDaily报道，其中157间在建房屋将安装太阳能系统，安装总费用为455万3000令吉，砂政府承担其中50%。这项补助针对太阳能安装费，并非替买家支付一半房价。
1410间房屋的预计建筑成本为5亿2490万令吉，2027年财政预算案已为相关项目批准2亿1335万令吉拨款。前者是整体预计成本，后者是预算拨款，不应相加解读为另一批房屋的经费。
阿旺登雅说，政府通过乡村扩展计划（SPK）及重新安置计划（SPS）提供每间房屋的成本介于35万至43万5000令吉，售价则为15万令吉。他另提到每个地段的地价为2500令吉。报道没有交代这两项款额对个别买家的具体收费组合。
这次公布的是建屋目标、在建进度与太阳能安排，没有列明个别项目地点、申请开放日期或资格条件。准备购屋者须把这些待公布的细节，与已经说明的房价和施工目标分开看待。
