砂拟拨2200万加强职前培训 2027年惠及千名毕业生

砂拉越计划在2027年投入2200万令吉，加强毕业生职场准备培训，预计惠及1000人。拨款用途是提升就业准备，并不是宣布提供1000个职位。
州议会10月15日的汇报指出，GETS-WRP毕业生培训计划将着重再生能源、氢能与绿色能源等领域，协助衔接学校所学与产业需求。
影响就业的不只是文凭名称。缺乏实际工作经验、沟通能力不足、求职期待与职位不匹配，以及高技能岗位增长有限，也被列为毕业生找工面对的困难。
汇报引用的毕业生失业率，从2020年的4.4%降至2024年的3.2%。这是过去年度数据，不能当作本月就业情况，也不能据此认定所有毕业生都已找到合适工作。
准备选科的学生，除了课程名称，也可比较实习、实作及技能训练安排；已毕业求职者则需留意具体招生与资格公告。现有消息确认的是明年培训拨款和目标人数，尚不能视作申请已经开放。
