新渔村华小路边深沟缺护栏 古晋南市评估改善措施

新渔村政府华文小学（SJK Sungai Apong）旁的路边深沟缺乏防护栏，古晋南市市政局正评估加装栏杆及建设斜坡等改善方案。
市政局人员于10月15日到校周边视察，重点是学生和家长上下学经常使用的区域。深沟紧邻通行空间，大雨时水位上涨，可能增加孩子靠近沟边时的危险。
目前仍是实地评估阶段。栏杆和斜坡属于考虑中的措施，不能把这次视察理解成工程已完工，也不能据此认定原有通道的风险已经解除。市政局将按现场条件选择实际可行的处理方式。
这次检查针对的是学校外围的通行安全，并非指校舍结构出现问题。对接送孩子的家长而言，在防护设施真正装好前，雨天与放学人多时尤其要留意沟边，避免让孩子在边缘停留或嬉戏。
有关工作纳入南市推动儿童友善城市的范围。接下来与家长最有关系的进度，是最终采用哪种防护设施、何时落实，而不只是完成一次到场检查。
