砂拉越房屋法修案仍在总检察署审查 暂无提呈时间表
砂拉越关键房屋法令的拟议修订案目前仍在州总检察署（SAG）审查中，尚未确定提呈至州立法议会的具体时间表。
副总理拿督阿玛沈桂贤医生指出，2013年房屋发展（管制与执照）法令（HDO 2013）和2014年房屋发展（管制与执照）条例（HDR 2014）的修订案正由总检察署进行法律审查和修订。
沈桂贤是在古晋举行的2026年度SHEDA房地产展上，回应砂拉越房屋及房地产发展商协会（SHEDA）主席黄忠和（Augustine Wong）的诉求时作出上述表示。黄忠和希望修案能在本届议会届满前提呈。沈桂贤表示立法程序需要时间，并以另一项州法令花约两年才完成为例说明。
他重申州政府愿意继续与业界就监管课题进行沟通。
