古晋南市巴当鲁贡一带拟建200米防洪排水沟

古晋南市政局（MBKS）计划在巴当鲁贡路（Jalan Padungan）及陈庆安路（Jalan Chan Chin Ann）一带增建200米长的钢筋混凝土箱涵，以改善市中心闪电水灾问题。
拟建排水沟约1.2米宽、1.2米深，工程也包括测量、必要时迁移地下公共设施，以及修复受影响的道路和人行道。施工期间的交通与安全安排，也会纳入规划。
这两条道路及附近的阿贝尔路（Jalan Abell）在大雨时反复积水。MBKS指出，现有排水系统在短时间面对大量雨水时能力有限；但由于当地道路、店屋和地下管线密集，改善工程不能只靠简单扩大沟渠解决。
目前工程仍处于规划阶段，顾问完成技术文件后才会进入招标。对商家和驾车者而言，真正的交通影响要等工程获批及开工后才会出现。
