烟霾影响，砂拉越647所学校9月7日至11日暂时关闭

砂拉越教育局宣布，受烟霾影响的647所学校将在9月7日至11日暂时关闭，期间改为居家教学。
这项安排涉及563所小学、10万8477名学生，以及84所中学、9万82名学生；古晋、巴达旺、石隆门、伦乐、三马拉汉、实文然、西连、斯里阿曼、鲁勃安都、加诺威、朱拉和玛拉端等12个教育区都在名单内。
学校关闭期间，教师与学生将通过居家教学维持课程。校方也受促依据教育与卫生指南，关注各地API指数，并限制烟霾下的户外活动。
古晋及周边受影响地区的家长，9月7日无需让孩子到校，应按学校通知参与线上课程。若空气情况改变，教育局将另行公布安排。
