这个周末古晋蛮多东西可以去，尤其是喜欢跑步、亲子活动，或者想感受本地 kampung 气氛的朋友。7月10日至12日可以看这几个：

想看比较本地味的活动，这个可以去。河上划船比赛、kampung 热闹气氛、现场人潮，适合一家人去走走拍拍照。

星期六早上想流一点汗可以考虑这个。3KM/5KM 跑步，加上口腔健康 awareness 活动，比较轻松，带家人去也 ok。

地点：LODGE National Secondary School, Tabuan Desa
这个也是星期六早上的跑步活动，偏 school community 感觉。住 Tabuan 一带的朋友会比较方便，去跑或去支持都可以。 -
TPH Open Day 2026
时间：2026年7月11日，早上9点至下午2点
地点：The NorthBank, Kuching-Samarahan Expressway, Tabuan Jaya
如果你正在看学校，Tunku Putra-HELP School 这个 Open Day 可以顺便去了解。走 campus、问课程、看环境，比单纯网上看资料实际很多。

星期日早上还有这个。3KM fun walk 和 5KM fun run 都有，不想太 hardcore 的也可以参加，跑完再去吃早餐刚刚好。
