Half-road closure set for Jalan Kuching-Serian from Sept 21 to Oct 20

A month-long half-road closure will affect the Jalan Kuching-Serian stretch between the Mile 15 traffic-light intersection and the Kuching-Samarahan divisional boundary at Mile 25.
The closure is scheduled from Sept 21 to Oct 20, daily from 9am to 5pm, while street furniture and related repair works are carried out. The section remains open under traffic control, so drivers should allow extra time and follow signs through the work zone.
The Sarawak Public Works Department has advised road users to plan their journeys and take care near the construction area. Queries during office hours can be directed to the JKR Serian Divisional Office.
