Hong San Si, also known locally as Kueh Seng Onn, is not a big half-day attraction. It is more like a quick old-city stop: 10 to 20 minutes, slow down, look at the roof dragons, carvings, doors, ceiling details, and the small fountain area opposite.

One recent visitor also mentioned being invited in before closing time, which sounds exactly like the kind of warm, random Kuching moment that makes a walk around the old city nicer.
